An excellent performance after watching the highlights, but what I found more entertaining was her cheeky comment at the press conference.When asked for her thoughts on her very short skirt (which was an extremely stupid question), she replied

I found that quite funny, like who asks questions like that. Some journalists these days; it's all about the looks not the talent. she just won against THE maria sharapova, who cares what she's wearing. Besides those sports dresses have tight shorts attached to them anyway.

Personally I don't find that offensive, I don't even find that 'homophoebic' as it's been dubbed. There are so many versions of the one word these days, just go on thesaurus.com. haha (i actually havn't, but I bet there are) For instance there are heaps of versions of 'lol', some people actually laugh, some people just use it as a conversation shifter. lol , you get the point ;)
